Christopher Burns is a New York-based interior designer specializing in interior architecture and decorating infused with an effortless elegance and introspective beauty. At Christopher Burns Interiors, every project begins with an exploration of how each client aspires to live and what the idea of home evokes for them. Guided by intuition, experience, and a refined eye, Christopher shapes spaces that are deeply personal, timeless, and that ultimately move beyond his clients’ expectations.

His design sensibility was formed early. The son of an antique restoration upholsterer, Christopher grew up surrounded by fine materials, craftsmanship, and a respect for detail. He moved to New York at 18 to study fashion at FIT and Parsons, and by 23 was design director for a high-end womenswear label. While fashion sharpened his understanding of color, fabric, proportion and scale, it was the more personal nature of interior design that ultimately drew him in.

Since launching his studio in 2003, Christopher has remained focused on helping clients articulate their vision of home. Bringing it to life with clarity, elegance, and intention. Each space is designed to support not just how his clients live, but how they want to feel.
